Sanders Designs was established in 1989 by Tim Sanders, a Baltimore native and graduate of the University of Miami School of Architecture. After receiving degrees in Architectural Design and Regional Planning in 1981, Tim gained experience in the many facets of architecture as well as land development and residential planning.

In 1989, he established the firm in the basement of his Baltimore row home. Today, Sanders Designs is a mid-sized firm of talented designers who have studied with honors in the United States and abroad.

Tim is personally involved with each project from start to finish. Our unique approach combines the owner's personal taste with an appropriate project design. Designs are created in a "one-on-one" process with our clients. We determine their needs and place them into a framework that respects their budgetary concerns. Once the project focus is in place, we then develop the design into a set of construction documents, keeping the client involved throughout. We work closely with our clients from the initial meeting through the entire construction process. Therefore, our success is measured not only by the high quality of the final project but also by the personal satisfaction of our clients.
